Taking walks is good when you are stressed, or bored, or excited, or sad, or happy, or overwhelmed, or relaxed…

I swear, some of my best ideas come from taking walks. There’s something so meditative and mind opening about walks…I highly recommend it. 🙂

Try it. And do more of it. 🙂
