Moving The World Perpetually

About NoteCard Poetry

Hi!

I’m Volta and I intend to be an artist no matter what kind of cookies life throws at me. ( I also like cookies, by the way).

I used to hate painting in watercolors, but all that changed soon after I visited an exhibit of comic book drawings by Hugo Pratt . His seemingly effortless technique left me utterly inspired and absolutely amazed at the cool art you can create through this medium.

Being a lover of short and simple words and  phrases, I began adding them to my  watercolored notecards.

Finding this process rather quick, easy and fun to do, I found myself creating. And thus…the NoteCard Poetry Project was born.

I humbly invite you to join me on my journey of exploring  the immensely beautiful moments and details interwoven in the fabric of life.

Love always,

Volta

Watercolors tend to bring me a sense of peacefulness. I love playing with them :).
And yes…the little, the simple details tend to have the biggest impact on our lives.
